‘Cos if I add, if I subtract
If I give it all, try to take some back
I’ve forgotten the freedom that comes from the fact
That you are the sum
So you are the one
I want

Aside from the fact this video has lovely bokeh, there’s something about it which makes it nicer. It does remind meĀ of how important and beautiful it is to seek for the only thing that really matters in life– God.

A lot of things happen in Matteo. Aside from talking about the Bible, sometimes we go as far as analyzing each other's handwriting.

I have a thing for fiction novels that don't end with the usual cheesy scenes.

When I picked this book up from one of the shelves in Powerbooks, I remember thinking it’s one of those books that people only buy because of the wonderful movie adaptation. Anyway, I just have to say that this book is unbelievably underestimated!! It’s certainly way beyond the movie adaption and I’m not even kidding. I think it’s one of those reads that do not hover, if you get what I mean, but still makes you feel giddy and hopeful for the characters.

So my sister and I were able to sneak an almost spontaneous mini shoot into our relatively busy schedule. We were both itching to do this since the weekend, actually.

The sun's heat plus a month's worth of academic stress, viola!!

Senior year isn’t a joke.

In our school, seniors usually finish earlier than the lower year levels which means that instead of having 5 months for the 2nd semester, we’re only left with 4. Technically, all seniors will be done by February (in 6 or so weeks actually and by God’s grace).

It’s both good and bad. Good because at the very least, by the end of February, we’ve already fixed our clearance and hold orders (in time for graduation.) Bad because, already, every single day counts. One day spent resting or doing anything academically unrelated is time wasted. So, with that, I want to quickly apologize for sparingly posting here for the past few days (or weeks?)

For all the other seniors out there about to graduate, here’s a verse to help you get by: Proverbs 14:23 – “All hard work brings a profit, but mere talk leads only to poverty.”

So, I guess this simply means we really should start double timing on walking the talk. Let’s not be stuck on staring at the things we’ve carefully written on our planners. It’s time to work hard and deliver! :)
